Labour Relations
Our mandate calls for the facilitation and enhancement of the ICI collective bargaining process. Although we are not directly involved in bargaining, in consultation with our Employee/Employer Bargaining Agency stakeholders we have implemented two labour relations events. We also provide unbiased resources and information to our stakeholders to help them as they bargain.
